I just got a filling and I hate the feeling of dead weight on my mouth, is there any way to speed the process of relief or do I have to wait the 4-5 hours my dentist said I'd have to?

i'd say you will be numb for about 3 hours and theres nothing we can really do to take the feeling away.
what you could try is massaging the area, this will increase the blood flow to the area
